Heale's court connected services are designed specifically for individuals and families whose lives intersect with the legal system — whether through family court, dependency court, probation, or attorney referral. Our licensed clinical social workers and supervised associate clinicians are experienced in working within the structure and documentation requirements of the court while never losing sight of the human being at the center of every case. Services are provided on a fee-for-service basis and are not billable to insurance. Detailed progress notes, court letters, and documentation are available upon request and with appropriate authorization. Referrals are accepted from judges, attorneys, probation officers, and other legal professionals.

    Co-parenting counseling at Heale is a specialized, clinician-facilitated service for parents who require structured professional support in developing and sustaining a workable co-parenting relationship — particularly in high-conflict, court-involved, or legally complex situations. Sessions focus on improving communication, reducing conflict in front of children, and establishing consistent, child-centered parenting practices across two households. Progress notes and documentation can be provided to the court upon request and with appropriate authorization. Fee-for-service only — not billed to insurance.

    Heale's court-connected Family and Reconnection Therapy supports families navigating strained or interrupted parent-child relationships within the context of court involvement. This service is carefully structured to rebuild trust and communication at a pace that is clinically appropriate and safe for all parties — particularly children. This service is distinct from reunification therapy and is relationship-centered, not compliance-driven. Court documentation and progress reporting are available upon request. Fee-for-service only.

    Heale's Co-Parenting Skills Group is a structured, psychoeducational program designed for parents navigating co-parenting responsibilities following separation or divorce — particularly those referred by the court. Facilitated by a licensed clinician, this group teaches practical communication strategies, conflict de-escalation techniques, and child-focused decision-making frameworks that help parents function effectively as a team — even when they are no longer a couple. Participants leave with concrete tools they can apply immediately to reduce conflict, improve consistency across households, and protect their children from the harmful effects of parental disputes.     Heale's Parenting Classes provide structured, evidence-informed education on the core competencies of healthy parenting — including child development across age groups, effective and appropriate discipline strategies, emotional attunement, creating safe and stable home environments, and understanding the impact of conflict and trauma on children. Classes are appropriate for parents completing a court order as well as those voluntarily investing in their development as a parent. All classes meet court compliance standards and certificates of completion are issued upon fulfillment of all attendance and participation requirements — suitable for submission to the court. Heale's services are provided by licensed clinical social workers, associate-level clinicians and clinical services specialists working under the direct supervision of a licensed professional in accordance with California Board of Behavioral Sciences requirements. All clinical supervision is provided by the owner and clinical director of Heale, A Professional Licensed Clinical Social Work Corporation.
