Our Services
Heale's forensic support services are non-clinical, legally oriented services that sit outside the scope of traditional mental health care — but are essential to the court-connected families and legal professionals we serve. These three distinct services are conducted by trained, certified, and licensed professionals with extensive experience in court systems, documentation standards, and the unique requirements of family law and dependency proceedings. None of these services constitute therapy or establish a therapeutic relationship of any kind. All services are provided on a fee-for-service or court-appointed fee basis and are not billable to insurance. Heale maintains strict objectivity and neutrality throughout every forensic engagement. Referrals are accepted from courts, judges, attorneys, probation departments, and other legal professionals.
730 Evaluations — Forensic Custody Assessment
Court-appointed forensic evaluations providing objective, comprehensive assessments of custody and visitation matters under Evidence Code Section 730.
A court-appointed forensic evaluation conducted under Evidence Code Section 730 by a licensed clinician. This is an objective, comprehensive assessment of custody and visitation matters — entirely distinct from any therapeutic relationship. The process includes structured clinical interviews with all relevant parties, collateral contacts, thorough documentation review, and drug testing where indicated, resulting in a detailed written report with findings and recommendations submitted directly to the court. Heale maintains strict neutrality and objectivity throughout every evaluation. Court-appointed fee basis — not billable to insurance.
Supervision Monitoring Program — Supervised Visitation
Professional, neutral, and fully documented supervised visitation for court-ordered parent-child contact.
Professional supervised visitation services conducted in a safe, neutral, and documented environment by certified supervision monitor staff. All visits are observed and documented in accordance with professional standards, and detailed written reports are provided following each session — suitable for submission to the court, attorneys, and probation departments. This service ensures that court-ordered parent-child contact occurs with appropriate oversight, certified monitoring, and full accountability. This is a non-clinical service and does not constitute therapy. Fee-for-service only.
