Structured Programs Built for Real Change

Curriculum-based programs with completion certificates and court reporting — designed for court-ordered and voluntary participants ready to build essential skills.

Heale's programs are structured, time-limited interventions that go beyond traditional counseling to address specific behavioral, relational, and parenting challenges through education, group process, clinical support, and accountability. Each program is designed with court compliance in mind and facilitated by trained Clinical Case Coordinators working in collaboration with and under the supervision of licensed clinicians. Programs are appropriate for participants referred by the court as well as those seeking voluntary skill development. Certificates of completion, progress documentation, and court reports are provided as appropriate. All programs are offered on a fee-for-service basis and are not billable to insurance.

HFRP — Healthy Families Recovery Program

A comprehensive 12-week program supporting parents whose substance use has impacted their parenting and family stability.

The Healthy Families Recovery Program (HFRP) is a comprehensive 12-week intervention designed to support parents whose substance use has impacted their parenting and family stability. The program combines random drug testing, weekly group sessions, individual therapy, clinical case coordination, and monthly court reporting into a structured, accountability-based framework. HFRP is designed for parents referred through dependency court, family court, or probation, and is facilitated by a multidisciplinary team including licensed clinicians, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors (CADCs), and Clinical Case Coordinators. Monthly court reports are provided as a standard component of the program. Fee-for-service only.

Parenting Classes

Court-compliant parenting education with completion certificates — for court-ordered and voluntary participants alike.

Heale's Parenting Classes provide structured, evidence-informed education on the core competencies of healthy parenting — including child development across age groups, effective and appropriate discipline strategies, emotional attunement, creating safe and stable home environments, and understanding the impact of conflict and trauma on children. Classes are appropriate for parents completing a court order as well as those voluntarily investing in their development as a parent. All classes meet court compliance standards and certificates of completion are issued upon fulfillment of all attendance and participation requirements — suitable for submission to the court. Fee-for-service only.

SIPPAs — Substance Informed Parenting Plan Assessment

A structured forensic assessment determining whether substances are impacting parenting — resulting in a written court report with professional recommendations.

The Substance Informed Parenting Plan Assessment (SIPPAs) is a structured forensic assessment designed to evaluate whether substances are impacting a referred parent's ability to parent safely and effectively. The assessment process includes structured clinical interviews with the referred parent and co-parent, thorough review of relevant documentation, and drug testing. All assessment language and recommendations are substance-informed — deliberately avoiding treatment-oriented framing unless clinically indicated. Findings are compiled into a comprehensive written court report outlining professional recommendations regarding the parenting plan. This is a forensic assessment, not a clinical service, and is provided on a fee-for-service basis.

Co-Parenting Skills Group

A structured group program teaching court-involved parents the communication and conflict skills their children need them to have.

Heale's Co-Parenting Skills Group is a structured, psychoeducational program designed for parents navigating co-parenting responsibilities following separation or divorce — particularly those referred by the court. Facilitated by a licensed clinician, this group teaches practical communication strategies, conflict de-escalation techniques, and child-focused decision-making frameworks that help parents function effectively as a team — even when they are no longer a couple. Participants leave with concrete tools they can apply immediately to reduce conflict, improve consistency across households, and protect their children from the harmful effects of parental disputes. Fee-for-service. Completion documentation available upon request.

Heale's services are provided by licensed clinical social workers, associate-level clinicians and clinical services specialists working under the direct supervision of a licensed professional in accordance with California Board of Behavioral Sciences requirements. All clinical supervision is provided by the owner and clinical director of Heale, A Professional Licensed Clinical Social Work Corporation.
